However, no sign of any of my folders which is the most important thing for me as I like to organise my inbox into folders. Still no sign of my earlier sent items or any of my archived folders. I guess that I must be one of the small proportion of accounts that the team are working on still. Unfortunately this doesn't help with my missing concert and theatre tickets or my retirement gift voucher. Will VM reimburse me for any of these items if they run out? Probably not! I have e-mails now from 19th but nothing before then also no sent items or archive folders Re: Loss of Email - F010762348 Although I now have access to e-mails from 22.33 on 19th June (881 due to a large number of duplications) I still don't have any sent items or any of my archive folders. We were told that all of our data was secure and that we would begin to see all e-mails prior to 19th. Can you confirm when this issue will be fully resolved as I have a number of important documents stored in my archive folders.
