So far he has been unable to help other than suggest I clear history, cookies etc which I have done countless times. There is no way I am putting myself through the hell of another 8 hours on the phone speaking to people who can't help me, or having a temporary fix that fails a few weeks later. I just don't have the strength to once again be passed from person to person for hours, repeating my information, passwords, problem etc, over and over again. As I'm beginning to think Virgin don't have much interest or ability to fix this, I'm looking at alternative ways to proceed. What happens if I take my emails away from Virgin - would I still have to pay the same monthly amount I am paying now, for my landline, TV and broadband? Re: 403 Forbidden on webmail (Again) I am afraid those instructions are way over my head and beyond my ability to carry out. I am too concerned about doing something wrong and being locked out on the PC as well, which is currently ok for emails. It is on my phone and Chromebook I can't get emails at the moment. I don't know why someone can't actually ring me and be on the line to fix this for me? Re: 403 Forbidden on webmail (Again) I had the same thing in December and was out 10 days and 8 hours on the helpline. They were NOT helpful and frankly didnt have a clue. I am now out again on my phone and chromebook, same message, FORBIDDEN and luxembourgish. I honestly think I'll have a breakdown if I have to pick that phone up and face another 8 hours and then have someone who doesnt know what they are doing mess up the emails I can see on the PC> today I had an email that a flight was cancelled. !!! I need those emails. I was told by one guy on the helpline, when I asked what I could do to avoid it happening in the future, "it won;t happen again (Well, it has!) - but if I were you, use your googlemail. " well I wish sincerely that I had, but it's now too late, I have hundreds of emails with flights, hotel and other bookings on ntl. And that address is also used by countless people. I cant even think how I swap all that over!!! Re: NTLWORLD being removed I wish someone had told me that too. I've been having problems and not been able to access emails at sporadic times, including 10 days in December, and it would have been nice to know about this. I would really like to know how we are supposed to deal with this? I don't even know what it actually means for people who have ntl email? What are we supposed to do? I was also told to log in using my googlemail address. I have hundreds of files and folders in my Outlook associated with ntl, and that includes a great many current trips, am I going to have any advice about what to do with all that or am I being hung out to dry? Is Virgin deliberately providing poor service currently (My broadband is sporadic and rubbish) in the hopes we NTL people all desert in droves to other providers? I would love to, but I don't know what to do with all those emails !! I still haven't been contacted I still can't get email on my phone or Chromebook because I get the "Luxembourgish - FORBIDDEN " message trying to log in to my emails on My Virgin Media. No one has contacted me since asking for help with this problem- AGAIN NO emails again after no emails for 10 days in December I am once again getting the dreaded FORBIDDEN and language Luxemburghish message when I try and access my emails via the web. Meanwhile Outlook is running incredibly slowly and my Broadband as well. I was told on the 17th December that the problem had been fixed and would not happen again. this is the message I am getting. I would appreciate a call as I feel physically sick at thought of another eight hours on the helpline which is what I endured in December
