Also if I set the handset 1 hour back then the clock adds 2 hours. I would have thought that the clock settings were down to the individual device but with many reports of this it seems like an incoming call is wrongly setting the clock to BST. What is wrong VM landlines, I also had 'ghost calls' and now another bizarre issue which seems to be beyond the knowledge base of engineers. Come on VM, take on board this feedback accept there is an issue with incoming calls wrongly setting the clock (to BST?). Stop passing the buck, take ownership and sort it out!!
