I suspect many of the older boxes have problems with software updates and VM are having to replace. Each time there is a software update, recordings are deleted, apps get logged out and factory reset required to enable software update to be completed. X Yes I alsp get Re: TV360 lost all recordings Had same issue around the same time as you. Recordings and planned recordings deleted. Now recordings are being saved and i can plan recordings. Same Issue with recordings happened a few weeks ago to many people according to reports. Yes there may be issues with some boxes that are struggling to be compatible with 360, but it would be a bit a coincidence for many people to experience same issue on same day. Surely it could be a software update that is causing this issue to multiple users ? Re: 360 signing out of Apps My issues with the box may be different, but since I reported issues, I now switch off the power to the box each night, therefore denying any updates or maintenance that VM may conduct overnight. The box is now working correctly with no issues. For the last two weeks or so, if I left the box on standby overnight, the next day I was having to complete a factory reset and then to sign in to the apps again. And I was getting loads of CS error codes affecting all apps and catch up. Try doing the factory reset, sign into the apps and then switch off the power to box overnight. The the next day, see if the box is working correctly. Could be a hardware issue, but I have a feeling that it is a software compatibility issue with some of the boxes. And switching off the box overnight is stopping the software update that is causing the issues you are experiencing. Re: 360 signing out of Apps I signed into all apps yesterday and turned off power to the box overnight. Just turned on the box this evening and the apps stayed being signed in to. Thought I would try this, as sometimes VM processes software updates to boxes overnight. So will continue switching off the power to the box overnight, rather than leave to go on standby. Re: 360 signing out of Apps I have been having same issues, where I log into apps, including Netflix, Prime, BBC I Player. The next day, all of the apps are signed out and I have to complete the sign back in process after doing the factor reset. I signed into all of the apps yesterday and left the box on. Overnight the apps had signed out. I have done a few tests today. After logging into the apps, I put my box on standby and the box saved my sign into apps. I turned off the power on my box, left it for awhile and then turned it back on. And all of the apps stayed signed into. Whatever is happening is not related to anything with my VM equipment. This problem only started about 2 to 3 weeks ago. And the issue is that the apps do not stay logged in overnight. For whatever reason, whether you leave the box on standby or turn it off, to use the apps each day, you have to sign into them each day, I don't have the same issue with the apps on my tablet device. They remain logged in. If you search online including Twitter, you will see many people reporting exactly the same issue. Up to VM to look at what changes to their systems they have made this month and to see why apps on bixes need a new sign in each day.
