I am very confused about the renewal and the two different prices I am offered. I am 71 and I get very anxious and panic on phone calls. I am out of contract currently paying £120+ - went onto website and offered renewal at £103.08 for 18months. Accepted the terms and pressed Place Order but nothing happens. I've got the email with the Contract Summary sheet but nothing seems to go through after that.Solved115Views0likes5Comments
