When I try to turn on child safe or virus safe in my online settings I get the message "Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again". I have tried using different browsers and different devices (desktop, laptop and mobile).
Hi,My virgin media land line is suffering from crackling - very difficult to hear people & for them to hear us. I've tried a different phone and it is the same. The phone is plugged directly into a Virgin Media telephone socket.Thanks.
