Please do not pass the fault on to the customer, suggesting that it is their phones. VM are in no hurry to fix this, they are still collecting our money!!! Some of the phones, what about the rest, my phone is not on there list. Strange it's the phone's fault and not the VM system. Come on VM come clean and admit that you system is lacking. I once again invite VM to supply me a phone to test if want to prove that it is my phone. Lost all faith in VM, I signed a contract on a recommendation, bad decision. Can't change without losing a lot of money. VM are negligent in there duty to there customers. They are excellent at taking our money! I am a VM 5. with a Bt phone. Complained several times had 4 engineers so far. VM, there must be one proper Tele communications engineer in you set up. Please find him and set him to work.
