Is it ok to leave the Hub5 on 24 hours a day or should it be periodically turned off. Thank you 👍🏻 Re: Virgin trespassing on my property Did the same to me, got the houses mixed up, cut our cable in error then relaid it but failed to mention that they also put new neighbours cable alongside ours - now they’re going to have to come back and remove neighbours cable and relay it on his land. He is arranging to have a direct cable connection across his property. My landline is now on your digital network, I need an adapter to connect phone to hub, will the VM engineer have one if I ask him when he comes to connect my neighbour ? thanks…
