Not sure when this started as I only logon once a month to pay by bill and thats when i noticed today. I've checked on another laptop i.e. my work laptop and same issue. Will only launch if I'm connected to my work VPN or on my home laptop via a VPN??? I've tired resetting the hub and also changed my DNS on chrome to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and yet nothing works. I've try to google if anyone had the same issue and couldn't really find anything. I uninstalled or reinstalled chrome and still nothing. I am tech savvy as Im a network engineer so I had already tried ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew but still wont connect. Its only the VM website. Any other site such as banking, shopping works fine. Solved
