It deletes the cookie from the browser which means next time you try and use it, it thinks it's a new computer and requires registering again. Obviously, you can only make 3 changes per month and have 5 devices registered and mine have all be used for this month. I've downloaded the app now from the link you sent, so thank you for that. I guess I'll need to wait until next month now though as like I say, it won't let me add or change any more devices. Yes, I downloaded it earlier today from the windows App Store, but it come up saying that this app is no longer supported when I tried to play anything through it. It’s so frustrating as I never have this issue with Netflix or Amazon when watching via a browser and clear the cache. I’ve just added an exception in MS Edge so would like to check it retains the cookie when I next clear it. Many thanks
