But the service has not come back. Two days later on Sunday I tried to contact Virgin Media through online help, also used WhatsApp messaging talked to an agent. Later I was told "the issue has been escalated to our IT team......we'll make sure to have your email restored within the next 48 hours." So I waited for 48 hours. Nothing happened. I am still having this problem. I have been trying this WhatsApp route again all day today. So hard to get through. I had similar problem last year. Posted here and solved. So I am trying this here now.
