I went online to check my renewal offer and it’s was incredibly high (I’m guessing because it’s based off my current contract but not taking into account the discounts I have on it) I then went through the process of trying to cancel…over 2 hours on chat queue only to be told I can’t cancel or put a cancellation note on my account without having to pay a termination fee. I was told I would need to wait till April before I can request a cancellation. is this correct? on a different note, it feels like for one of the first time in years that VM are totally not interested in retaining customers. Paying over 2k a year for TV / BB is absolute insanity.
