When I lodged my complaint Virgin Media immediately "resolved" it and sent me an email saying "here's what we agreed" (when I haven't agreed to anything). Can someone here help me re-open the complaint? Because this happened twice to me now on the VM web chat. This is a bit frustrating because the Ombudsman does not consider the "resolved" letter to be a deadlock letter. Thanks.
