What's even more strange is that sometimes a secondary email address within the same household but using the main account receives messages while the main account email doesn't!!! Do VM really know what they're doing? And, do they have any employees with the expertise to fix it.....I doubt it. Sounds a bit like a Thames Water scenario. For example, still sending text messages to a phone number I haven't used for approximately 12 years and sending email message updates to a secondary account used in our household but not to the main user's email address. Very poor & disappointing, considering how much we pay for their service. Problem is, generally no-one seems to care nowadays!! I work from home & currently emails are taking approximately 12 - 24 hours to get through. Very poor service!
