Thank you I sorted it, If you go via the normal VM routes you may be told you have to start a new contract like I was. I found out from someone else who was in the same situation that Virgin Media have dedicated critical illness team that you can be called on a 0800 number. Hello, Since this afternoon my Tivo box has started rebooting itself continually. It shows the welcome screen and then waits for a bit and then reboots itself. I have checked all cables to make sure they are secure. I couldn't seem to find a way as reporting this as a fault. How do you do this? Many thanks2.5KViews0likes8Comments
