The issue seems to me to be something to do with the use of the passkey when logging on. Is it possible to delete the passkey completely (device, cloud etc)? As for typing in username and password on the app, see my screenshot in the trail from weeks ago that shows the app tries to use a passkey. I’ve cleared date, I’ve even deleted and reinstalled the app. I’ve also installed the app on my wife’s phone, to ensure it’s not using my iCloud data. Absolutely nothing seems to help me get past the issue where, at the point of logging in, I get the “…couldn’t connect you to the server” error. I made sure the app wasn’t running on my current devices, no VPN or Relay. Same result. I know the app was working 8mths ago, so I’d suggest it’s a change to the app software. I’ve tried downloading the app on different devices, but regardless of which one I use I get exactly the same result. I assume it’s either an issue with the app, or my account, since I’ve tried on 4 different devices. What’s the next step?
