Similar situation for me. 1Gb, Online account states 104Mb Up but I cant get uploads higher than 50mbs. Tested via Ethernet and samknows realspeed. I don't have DOCSIS 3.1 upstream channels (attached) but I do have 6 Upstream DOCSIS 3 channels. Interestingly, even though my online accounts states 104 Up. Samknows Realspeed states 1000x50
