No update, but thankfully I'm out of contract and will be moving to CityFibre in the next couple of weeks, I work at a school and need to be home for the install but we break up shortly then I'll be moving to IDNets 2500/2500 service. Not sure if it was related, internet was still down when I got home from work, rebooting the hub finally got it working again, according to the log it did a firmware update at 1:58 and didn't come back up properly. Literally haven’t had any internet since about 2:30 am according to when my Asus router said the WAN dropped. Tried multiple reboots of my hub and router and still nothing working at home according to my sister. No idea if related to the above.
