Hi Alex- you will see that I had replied to that PM two weeks ago. I cannot understand why this cannot be easily resolved. The most recent conversation was with a Virgin representative who I have been communicating via text. The mobile never gets picked up. On 12 November. She advised me that she had send a request to the area field manager, although I'm not sure what for. I get exactly the same message: “We're pretty sure you'll be able to get your perfect Virgin Media package, but we'll need to get a bit more info first. Just pop your details in below and we’ll be in touch within ten working days to tell you what services are available there.” I have has a similar experience- having entered my info I have not heard back from the team. I have done this and raised the issue on this board many times. Ppl private message just to say that I can't have Virgin which make no sense as my direct neighbours have it and the box is literally outside my house. Is anyone able to help?? Hello- I am about to complete a purchase on a new property and would very much like to have Virgin fiber broadband installed. I have spoken to the Virgin install team and have been advised it cannot be done, even though our two neighbours have Virgin fiber installed. I was told that there were not enough connectors/straws. The property is accessed via a private driveway of 4 houses, all fairly close by. I do not see how/why only two of the properties/neighbours can have access. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Many thanks I am in the same situation for a house we are looking at moving to. Both neighbors seem to have Virgin and we are on the main road but listed as service not available.
