I don't understand how virgin can be so quick to take money out of my account but it take so long to ajust a bill and refund money they incorrectly took. Very frustrating. I and so got the free WiFi pods. Shouls have be £44 The pod haven't ben delivered. In and I was charge £66 for my recent bill. I tryed online chat but no luck Please can you correct my bill.
