After chatting to someone on the webchat I was told the first order never went through for some reason, so a new order was raised and I was told the Pod would be delivered today 25th. I was told, I would receive an email from YODEL with a tracking number. You got it no message from Yodel and no Pod insight. Any Virgin staff online can help me out please!
