Thank you for your help. I have tried to generate an app password but I need to supply a new email account as my current one ends in ntlworld.com. I have been hacked as all my contacts received suspicious emails from me. The password was reset on my Virgin email account and although I can log into my Virgin Media account to receive emails I cannot log in with the same password on my phone or tablet apps or on my laptop through a Thunderbird email account. They will not recognise the password. Virgin have reset it several times now and I am getting nowhere but going round in circles. Any advice would be appreciated.Solved893Views0likes3Comments
