ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: Loss of Email - F010762348 I have not been able to receive or send emails for 3 days now and on top of that I held on the phone several times and also advised the team that regardless of the current issue, I have been denied access via Virgin Media to my emails since I received an alert that an unusual log in from an old computer was identified. I can log on to my billing account but no access to the emails tab - the message received is Forbidden Forbidden This has happened before and every time you speak to technical support they say there is no block. You have to get the right person who knows who this is to unblock it. Banging my head against the wall to get this resolved. So even if my emails get sorted and I can download them to my laptop, I am unable to access the server from another source because it is Forbidden! How can I get this sorted when I speak to technical support as they have been unhelpful so far and I waste my time queuing for over an hour without getting a positve result!
