HELLO, I have the same issues - I have been with VM since it was Diamond Cable and have always had the same email address so everyone knows it - I am also a paying customer so it's disturbing to find all my emails gone! my email inbox says empty....I tried the suggestion you mentioned about Auto forward but the message box displays the box to write email address in but a no entry symbols is shown when I hover over where to input the email address...so please help me too.Thank you1.9KViews0likes3Commentsntlworld.com email inbox empty!
Tonight I logged in to my ntlworld.com email account only to find it was virtually empty!!, nothing in inbox, nothing in most of my folders and yet there were lots in my drafts folder even though I had not started any emails. I have important information regarding a funeral in there but it's all just disappeared. What is going on? can anyone explain please. I also logged in to this community just now, had to change my password and the password re-set reply was sent to my spam folder on gmail.1.9KViews0likes4Comments
