Sorry, I didn't check the messages until now: we can at least get on-demand on the TV. I should perhaps mention that I did get a message that the 360 upgrade had failed, but it then appeared to work fine, so I assumed all was well. Replied to your direct message, Gareth - thanks. We recently updated to TV 360 on our V6 box. Everything worked fine to start with, but recently, we have been unable to access iPlayer, C4OD or ITVX. If we try to connect, the screen goes black and none of the remote buttons work. The only solution is to reboot the box, but that only gets the box working again - we still can't get the on-demand apps. Other on-demand channels, such as C5 and U, work without problem, as do Netflix and Amazon Prime. Any suggestions? Robin Withey48Views0likes3Comments
