The box becomes very hot. Customer service wanted to charge for a replacement box (£25) and were not very helpful. Can you please advise how I can get this sorted. To add.....Virgin was down intermittently (which happens a lot on our road) while we were away last week and have come back to the red light, which I am now worried about leaving on after reading why this happens.
