Hi, Thank You for the reply. I was going to rejoin online but due to confusion over TNT Sports phone up last night 6th September 2023 and was reassured TNT Sports was included in the £39.50 bigger bundle package (still called this on product page). After getting contract had serious doubts and phoned again to find ot TNT not included. Cancelled order immediately. I wanted to rejoin VM but this shambles has eroded confidence in the culture at VM.The whole Mega Maxit channel packages are misleading and I fear Virgin Media customer relations and reputation will be severely damaged by this fiasco. I hope you can clarify the TNT sports situation more clearly so more people are not misled.11KViews2likes1Comment
