Complaint reference: C-21112461 I never agreed to this. It runs up the wall and is strewn across my new flat roof. They asked me to call in via 03454541111 which I tried to do but it keeps asking for an account number or phone number. I don't have either as I'm not a customer. How can I get in contact with them? They obviously want to talk to me but they don't give any way that I can. If it goes on any longer I'm cutting the cable and blocking the tee that is on my land. Re: Virgin Media Business Hitron Chita Resetting Just "upgraded" to a VM business line and have the Chita installed. Changed wifi SSID and password to match previous details. The Internet was a bit ropey recently. Rebooted the router and it has reset the wifi back to the manufacturer settings. Still not fixed...
