Fee for change of ownership after bereavement.
I'm hoping someone will be able to help me. I've recently taken over my mothers account after she passed away. I filled out a bereavement form online and all seemed quite straight forward to change ownership. Fast forward to today and I've received a bill for £219 which is shocking in itself but included in this is a £50 change of ownership fee!! I'm sorry but I think this is awful. Bear in mind its a simple change of name and bank details. No change to the package at this stage Any help would be appreciated.50Views0likes2Comments
