The playback starts at the beginning of the recording, but the seek bar position is at the the end position, so is out of sync with the recording. This means I get the "Do you wish to delete this recording" message and I'm unable to fast forward through the programme. It occurs on most shows I record and its very frustrating. Re: Hub 5: Our first ever WiFi 6 broadband router I've just renewed my VM contract and I asked about the Hub 5. The guy was really helpful and he said it is showing an installation fee for it, even though he knows it us self installation. He is going to speak to his manager and get back to me. Re: Hub 5: Our first ever WiFi 6 broadband router Just had the "unsuitable' email too, on Hub 4 and no pods here. Re: Hub 5: Our first ever WiFi 6 broadband router Do you have any before/after speed tests for comparison? Re: Hub 5: Our first ever WiFi 6 broadband router No good if you're a Gig1 customer... "This trial is only open to Virgin Media broadband customers who are registered on the Virgin Media community and excludes Gig1 customers unless they already have a Hub 5." Re: Hub 5: Our first ever WiFi 6 broadband router Do Virgin Media monitor these forums? Re: Hub 5: Our first ever WiFi 6 broadband router Definitely considering it BruceT - I have a couple of wifi 6E compatible devices so waiting for more routers to appear. There is a 6E version of the XT12 imminent and I'm toying with the idea of getting a single. A 2 pack is horrendously expensive and I don't have any dead spots with my hub 4. Re: Hub 5: Our first ever WiFi 6 broadband router Thing is it's out of date already, granted wifi 6E routers are few and far between at the moment, but by the time the Hub 5 is rolled out, there will be many more 6E routers available. Re: Hub 5: Our first ever WiFi 6 broadband router When I first joined VM the engineer installing my hub unplugged a network switch I had on my old BT router and said, "I don't know what this is but it'll clash with your hub". As soon as she left I plugged it back in and it worked. Re: Hub 5: Our first ever WiFi 6 broadband router @JayMcB79 - there's an FAQ at the top of this page, which explains all.
