I had the passkey issue too. It ended up locking me out of my laptop as it said I'd entered an incorrect passkey. I hadn't. I have a Microsoft passkey, but I was being told it was incorrect when it wasn't. Many thanks for your reply. I've had to log in to my o2 and Virgin accounts with two separate emails. It was the only way to keep them from merging the accounts and it's no longer asking my to set up new passwords on different devices. Thank you again.64Views0likes0CommentsUnlink merged accounts.
Hi. I was recently invited to merge my virgin and O2 account. I followed the link and set this up, but if I try and log in on a different device I'm asked to create a new password each time. It's driving me insane so wondering if I can now unmerge the two as I preferred the old way where my passwords were separate. Thank you in advance.155Views0likes5Comments
