ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsunable to log in to virgin media account Hi all I am trying numerous times to log in to my virgin media account to check a large bill from virgin media but have been unable to log in, my email address is the same one that i have been using since i registered and moved over to virgin in 2019 which has not changed but when i try to log in it now states wrong email/password This is getting very frustrating as i dont want to end up calling up so is some kind person could throw some light on what is going on i would be grateful Here's hoping some on can pick it up Re: renewal of contract Hi Kath_P Thanks for getting in touch but I renewed my contact via phone twice as the first time I was cut off.They have sent me via email a copy of the contract with the new amount that I will be paying but my last billing payment was generated before my contract ended on 31/01/2025 so they stated that they would reduce that last payment to the amount that I should be paying with the new contact.
