Why has my Netflix been paused. I have not changed payment method or opted out
Hi all, my Netflix is not loading on my virgin box just get a spinning red circle. I have tried turning box and router off and back on but still no luck. I can access Netflix on other devices but not on my virgin box. Any suggestions?
Hi all, it has been a couple of days where my Netflix via my virgin tv box does not play any titles. Whatever I pick it say cannot play this title. No matter what I select it has the same message. I am able to view anything using my phone or tablet.
