We do have it plugged in with the HDMI cable but still have a problem because the TV doesn't list this VM Box model. The problem is that the new TV doesn't work with the master remote that it came with, so we instead are using the Virgin remote that came with the VM box - together with a smaller remote that also came with the TV. I'm wondering if we had a VM Box that the new TV recognises, would this solve the problem? New TV doesn't recognise Virgin box Hi, We bought a new TV in December and it is so frustrating as we are always having problems navigating to the programmes we want to watch. When we installed the new Samsung TV, it listed many models of Virgin box but did not have our model number on the list. Can we order a replacement, newer box perhaps? Would that enable us to configure our TV properly? At the moment, we need to use the slim remote that came with the TV alongside our old Virgin remote and they both often do not work properly with the current set up.
