Thanks. When I attempted to loggin to VM it wanted a physical item to be connected into USB port. If I didn't have such an item to create a passkey, why is it forcing it onto us users. I unfortuunately decided to link my VM account with my O2 on my mobile, and now when I try to loggin into website VM, it asks me for a passKEY? What is a pissKEY and why does it ask for this if nothing of the sort was ever created. Now when I try to loggin onto my VM website page, it doesn't recognise my password, and then I need to go through an unecessary rigmarole, where I can't change my password, although wasting time it signs me in through verifying my email!!
