WELL AFTER I Stopped downloading my emails because the account was "closed" I somehow regained access to my .NET account and found dozens of email that were waiting to be downloaded... so VM says the accounts is no longer active , b when IN FACT it is, I can still access it through the webmail suite and set "autoforwarding" so that any email still set to that address is re-routed. So...VM says the account is closed, but in fact it is not, meaning that emails sent there still get somwhere. As a proof I do have another VM account that is supossedly closed since earlier late June and if you send there an email you DO NOT GET a "non delivery" message of any kind and that is unacceptable . Re: Virgin Net Email my 25YO .net account has been killed with all the consequences related ; I could not care less about the email address, I already made all the necessary changes. I am not sure how "opening a VM account" could resolve the issue, didn't virginmedia killed all the "orphan accouts"? I honestly dont like the way this was handled and now that VM highjacked my account I feel offended by the offer of gettin my email back if I join VM. Really?? but really?? No thanks. My question was different and I will ask it again: who do I need to get in contact with in order to have a WRITTEN confirmation that the accounts have been closed and permanently deleted? thanks Re: Virgin Net Email who do I need to get in contact with in order to have a WRITTEN confirmation that the accounts have been closed and permanently deleted?
