Placed a complaint as basically no longer believe a word I am told have had numerous problems I am now told via that that the price increase stands😡😡 I have been told that I can cancel if I’m not happy well guess what cannot talk to anybody to cancel so now I’ve had enough and have replied to that email were do I go from here and why do u constantly get lied to any help would be appreciated Not again I have had numerous issues with virgin over the last few month this has been resolved to were my bill was credited with compensation etc i agreed to a new contract last mon/tues that im happy with was just told how much it would be per month and what my next bill would be fast forward to wed received a email saying what next bill would be it had doubled and there was a one of fee so I went on chat via WhatsApp app and was told don’t worry you will not pay the 35 fee however it’s gone live today and guess what future bill the charge is on there had Netflix that I removed 30 January and been billed for that again despite getting a letter saying it had gone of asked about that not a problem we will re credit your account with 10.99 to sort that also why do we get lied to constantly and then have to open complaint after complaint this does not reflect on me anyway im not going to go on it’s just appalling Re: You could be a Christmas winner! Won the sky movies for 2 month but like everything associated with my account nothing put on😂😂😂😂😂👍 25 pound has been charged to my account I can’t believe virgin media At all i recently placed a cancellation because of not being supplied equipment also put a complaint in to that is still active last Saturday was contacted missed the call so went on WhatsApp got put through to somebody oh got told your account will be on compensation mode and we will get a tv box to you asap we’re sorry for what’s happened as this should have gone live 29 Nov so remove the cancellation we can’t get it through on order for delivery quick enough so a engineer will call to your premises Thursday this is the soonest can be done although there is a25 pound fee for this this will be waved and you will see a reduced bill next month as you’ve been billed incorrectly for the tv fast forward to Thursday the 25 pound has been charged to my account so open a complaint get told and just can’t believe there’s nothing we can do to remove the 25 fee itstands etc so send them screenshots of the chat were I was told quite clearly no charge ie25 pound and I would see a reduced bill no reply as of yet but wth goes on I’m not happy again why can’t things just be simple wish I’d left now what liars if I have to pay it I will let the complaint run for 8 week and claim [MOD EDIT: Subject title changed for clarity] Solved
