Broadband down. West London
Broadband has been down since 12h. I WFH and had to use mobile hotspot with spotty 4G which was an absolute pain. It stated it was going to be fixed by 18h and now it moved to tomorrow 10h?!? "Damage caused to fiber cables". Maybe not leaving the street cabinets open is a good start?? When can one ask for a refund as this is literally affecting my work.
