We should move the beginning of December so think I may be best to carry Virgin across so we have broadband/tv when we get in and then decide quickly whether we should continue and negotiate a new price, or give notice to leave when the contract ends mid/end January. If I moved the services over and then decided a couple of weeks later we will not be continuing with Virgin and give notice, is there any type of penalty charge for this? Contract ending/moving house Hi, Just wondering if someone could explain what happens when your contract ends? Can you then leave at any time after this as long as you give the 30 days notice? Our contract is due to end in January, we are due to move house December. I am considering leaving Virgin but not 100% sure yet. Just debating if it’s best to carry Virgin over to the new property as we’re are already set up and then decide whether to leave or stay.
