My story: I got fed up with the constant price increases and slow uploads. Vodafone are offering 900mbit up and down for £29 (may be able to get cash back on top further reducing this). I cancelled and it took me 30 mins on hold then the first CS staff said she would put me through to another department which took another 30 mins on hold. What I didnt like is waiting with the loud music blasting out, not knowing where you are in the queue at any point. Im looking forward to fast upload speeds, I dont know how long virgin will take to improve their broadband but they have been too slow in improving their network and greedy.
