When it works the signal is strong. Is this only affecting people who split the SSIDs? Have a look at what channel the Hub 5 has allocated to your 5G connection. I've got a couple of devices that will only see the 5G connection if the channel is set to below 100. You'll need to disable Channel Optimisation and set channel to Manual on your Wireless Signal page to change your channel number. If that fixes it then unfortunately every time there's a software update you'll need to go in and change the channel again.
