Sadly again the Virgin service doesn't seem to recognise my PC each time and creates it as a new device?Could someone from VM please PM me to reset my devices so I can use it correctly.Thank you
Have Virgin updated their email systems?I cannot log into two accounts attached to the primary account and when I log into my own it says it is a secondary account and the help more button takes you to a payment of your bill page?Very peculiar?TIA
