ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: Account Login Issue Hi, I have the same issue, been like it for weeks. When I try to login to get my emails the home page briefly flashes up then goes blank. I've been onto VM support a couple of times, followed their instructions to try different browsers, private browsing, deleting the browser cache but nothing works. They said last week that the issue is with the website itself and has been escalated to another team who would sort the problem over the next 24hrs but still not able to log in. Hope you get a solution soon, I'd be interested to know the answer. Re: Email login page won't load Hi, I contacted VM support via the live chat 6 days ago, the person I spoke to (Nidhi) looked into it and told me that it was a problem with the website itself, they said the would escalate the issue to the IT team who would resolve the issue remotely and send me a confirmation email in 24hrs. But I've heard nothing and still have same issues logging in to my email. Re: Email login page won't load Quick update, I found an older version of Brave that runs on my Mac but it I get the same blank screens (even in a private window) Re: Email login page won't load Hi, using VM mail has always been a bit of a painful process, I have several other email accounts and VM is the slowest and most difficuly to use. I've tried Chrome as well as Safari and Firefox. I'd not heard of Brave before but I cant get it to run on my Mac Re: Email login page won't load Hi, nothing seems to work. I'm using an imac, I've tried Firefox, Chrome and Safari, tried private browsing and deleting the cookies and nothing works. It was working OK a few weeks ago, I had an issue signing in and were told that I couldnt sign in to our VM email using our VM email address and that I needed to use a different address (hotmail etc) which seemed very odd but at that time the pages loaded fine. Nothing has changed at my end, same computer, OS, browsers etc Re: Email login page won't load Thanks for the reply, (I did reply to your reply before but it seems to have dissapeared). I've attached screenshots of the pages I'm trying to log in to. I've tried using a Private window and deleted my browser cookies from Firefox (now have an interesting problem that I need to log back into my hotmail account but to do so I need a verification code its sent to my yahoo email but yahoo is asking the same from the email its send to my hotmail and the phone numbers for text options are not mine anymore) Re: Email login page won't load thanks for the reply. I'm using Firefox, I've tried private window and get the same problem. The pages I'm trying to login to are http://www.virginmedia.com/ , http://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/home and http://www.virginmedia.com/myvmo2 I've attached some screengrabs so you can see what I get. Can you tell me how to delete the cookies please Email login page won't load I'm trying to log in to my email but when I to go to the VM home page it loads then almost immediately the page disappears and I'm left with a blank screen. I've tried from the main homepage and the email landing page (myvmo2). This has been like this for almost a week, can anyone suggest what the problem could be please. It has been working OK up until a week ago (usual slowness etc), nothing has changed at my end - same OS, same browser etc. As an aside, when I tried to publish this post I kept getting this message - "Content Not Published Your post contains invalid HTML. Remove the following invalid tags before publishing: span (aria-level)" no idea what it means and no way of finding out. Had to retype post into a text file and copy an paste it back into this post Re: 360. Cost and is it worth doing? it's certainly not an upgrade, if anything it's a backward step as I'd lose some of the functionality with series links amongst other things that I currently have and if the broadband goes down (which in my case it does regularly) you can't watch recorded programs which I do mostly. Re: 360. Cost and is it worth doing? Just had the email about upgrading for free but after reading this thread I don't think I'll bother. Is it all the content streamed with 360? I have to connect my existing box to the internet via a TP Link plugged in to the mains circuit as the wifi signal from the router is rubbish unless you are a few feet from it (I'm on volt500 and the speed in my livingroom is usually between 15 and 25mbps - if I leave the door open). Even then the wifi connection will randomly drop out and requires the extenders to be restarted.
