I still think this dreadful time-wasting mechanism should be removed and whoever decided to install it severely rebuked for wasting so much customer time by repeatedly adding additional tests after tests have been passed. Every now and again before allowing me to log in VM requires me to waste time going through a totally irrelevant intelligence test clicking on items in pictures, e.g. cars, bicycles, level crossing, etc. which have nothing to do with who I am or whether I am virginmedia user. Why does this time-wasting totally irrelevant test exist? Is there a way to ensure that I never have to be tested in this way? I would suggest that VM should sack the person or persons who decided to install this barrier to connection via user name, password, text message, etc.Re: What is premier sports?

I have been sent a letter saying the subscription to Premier Sports add-on is about to increase. We pay for VM home phone, internet services, and TV. How can I find out what we shall lose if I cancel the Premier Sport addon. E.g. will we no longer be able to watch recordings of formula1 events and Olympic games events? Or will we only lose the option to watch live transmissions, but remain able to watch recordings?1.3KViews0likes4Comments
