The page clearly has a bug which prevents you from managing this yourself. More recently, I was able to use an old URL to block/unblock websites as suggsted by others under other posts. However, that is no longer working for me either (https://my.virginmedia.com/my-apps/onlinesecurity/websafe/settings) Need VM to provide a solution to this, which enables users to manage it themselves without help from Customer Services each time.
