I contacted the team through WhatsApp, and after a long discussion a new deal was made to my satisfaction, but was to read on my new contract, at the end of this contract the price will rise to £130 pm, no chance of that, tv adverts claim are stating you can get VM bundle for less than im paying now ?479Views0likes1CommentBundle price
I have received an email from virgin telling me my contract is due to run out, they have offered me an exclusive renewal offer if I renew now, as my contract runs until November 2024, why would I take up this offer now, is this a scam email. ? as the bundle is now very expensive, I wish to downgrade my package, contacting virgin is now a pain, [ I’m with o2), when I did get through, the customer service representative stated that was not now possible , WHAT. ??????? what is the answer ? how do I resolve this, leave ? regards Jon594Views0likes3CommentsSeries link +
I used to be able to set my v6 box to record gardeners world on bbc 2 with a series link plus, now I cannot , WHY ???? have to record it on a one by one basis, frustrating to say the least, this is the 3rd new v6 box I have had replaced by virgin in the last 18 months/2 years due to faults, lose all recordings every time, not good, regards Jon390Views0likes1Comment
