Anyone else get the feeling that it's never going to be fixe, and they've lost all the historic emails, and are just not telling customers in the hope we'll all just eventually give up, get bored and forget about it?! Our teams are continuing to work flat out to restore historic emails into the inboxes of a small proportion of accounts. We apologise for any inconvenience caused" Unbelievable! How long before we start seeing the 'cut & paste' response from VM this time?! During this time, you will be unable to access your email account, but we should have you back up and running again early tomorrow morning." Why doesn't this fill me with much hope, maybe it's the "should" in the last line! Or will they simply lock this thread, stop anymore discussion, and just hope everyone eventually just gives up and goes away? VM have not said a word about what's going on, both here and on social media, all they do is copy & paste the same meaningless message over and over again. Their customer service has been absolutely disgusting over this whole mess, and they are simply dragging their feet, and hoping that if it goes on long enough everyone will just give up! Re: Loss of Email - F010762348 No matter what you ask on Twitter, this is the same response everyone gets every time: "We're aware of an issue that is affecting our Virgin Media email service for customers. Our teams are working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible and we apologise for the inconvenience caused" That's it, that's all they've said for the past 24 hours! What a joke! Re: Loss of Email - F010762348 Still nothing since last night, still not able to get the Service Status checker to work - the message on there that I see still says they hope to fix it by 19.30! Their customer service is truly appalling as soon as something goes wrong! Has anyone from Virgin customer services commented on the email problem, and told us when they expect it to be fixed?
