I have followed all the possible steps to rectify this, but nothing that I have found will change it. Wi-fi works with no problem, the house phone (wired to the hub) works ok, TV box connects, but this red light is constantly on. The router is slightly warm on the top, as normal, but even after 4 days unplugged, the light was on again, straight after the reboot. And I've reset it. So none of that has worked. I am now out of ideas. Any suggestions, please? Solved
