Haveing difficulty contacting Virgin again. Can any one help ? Package change fee Hi. I agreed to go back on 18 mnth contract in return for a reduction in subscription. I had been off contract since 2022. I have been charged £2.08 package change fee. Is this normal / right. I didnt change any other aspect of my package. Thanks for reading.
