I cannot find anywhere to see the devices connected and then disconnecting them. Also in all the years I’ve been using this app this had never happened before. It’s only CH4 recordings from any other channel playback with no problems. It’s not where the program recorded can be found etc it s that if I record whatever program it may be from CH4 onto the virgin box and when you wish to play it you can’t. I had already said it was all programs recorded from C4. In this case it’s Night Coppers or even Murder Case. Please explain what difference does it make? There is no option to resync devices and in fact there is also no option to add the device I removed so have an unregistered ipad which had been registered until I removed it as per your instructions. What next please? Think the situation is worse now Re: Virgin TV Go not playing recordings I cannot see how it can be deregistered, it’s not simple plus all I can find is one device in authentication setting and it’s named my device. The problem continues as no recordings from channel 4 can be played through tvgo no matter which device is used. It will only play through the box.
